Dealer Tools

Have you checked out the Dealer Tools section of our website? It is a great way to check our inventory, your purchases, market reports, and more. Let’s take a look at everything it has to offer together.

  1. Click the “Log In” button in the top right corner of your screen. Use your Edge Pipeline account credentials to log in, or click “Register Now” if you are not already registered.

  2. “Pre-Sale Search” is going to show you any vehicle that we have available. This will include vehicles in the auction, vehicles listed through our Anytime Digital Sales Program, and vehicles on our Buy It Now list.

  3. “Pre-Sale Listings” will give you an overview of the auction for the current week. You’ll find our featured consignors, lane and sale information. You can view vehicles for specific consignors, lanes or the entire list of vehicles by clicking see all vehicles.

  4. “Buy Vehicles Now” feature will show you all vehicles that are available for immediate purchase. These include our Buy It Now vehicles from the previous auction and any vehicles available through our Anytime Digital Sales program.

  5. Ready to bid online on Wednesday? Click the “Online Sale” feature, it will direct you to the sale options you can choose to join.

  6. Click the “Market Report Tool” to find the value of vehicle using data from millions of vehicles sold nationally on the Auction Edge Platform. You can enter the first 10 digits of a VIN or search by year, make, model.

  7. The “Post Sale Results” will show you our weekly sales results including what vehicles sold for.

  8. Need to update your account information? Click the “Account Set Up” button. Update auction access info, manage your auction handshakes, change your contact preferences and more. 

  9. The “Title Absent” feature will show you the list of vehicles you need to turn in titles for based off of vehicles you sold.

  10. View your current inventory or what you have running in the current week under the “My Inventory” and “My Run List” features.

  11. The “Sold Vehicles” and “Purchased Vehicles” features will show you a weekly breakdown of vehicles you sold or purchased.

  12. Monitor and update the vehicles you are interested in by clicking on the “Watch List” feature.

  13. Consistently in the market for specific vehicles? Add them to your “Saved Search” feature to save you time in the future.
