What is showing on the Auction Screens?
Our TVs on Auction Day offer you a lot of information to help you throughout the day.
On the main screen above the auctioneer you will find information about the current vehicle being sold.
In the top left of the screen you can find the run number of the vehicle, as well as the vehicles year, make, model, style, and more.
Photos of every vehicle will show throughout the auction and rotate until a vehicle is sold. It’s important to pay attention to what run number the auctioneer is currently on to ensure you’re bidding on the correct vehicle.
Below the photos you will find the mileage for the vehicle and any announcements on the vehicle, as well as the barcode that you are able to scan for more information.
In the center of the screen you will find the current bid or asking price for the vehicle. When that box is white that means the bidder is in the lanes if it is green or yellow, the bidder is online.
In the top right corner you will find more information based on the lights for the vehicle.
a. A Green Light showing means this vehicle is running Auction Guarantee. You have the option for a PSI or to arbitrate the vehicle if needed if the vehicle you buy has a green light.
b. A Yellow Light showing means there are Announcements on the vehicle so read carefully.
c. A Red Light showing means the vehicle is being sold As-Is.
d. The Blue Light showing means the title is present at the auction.
Other screens at the auction will show you the status of IFs or arbitrations. The list is sorted by run number, if the vehicle is showing as yellow, it means your IF is still pending, if it turns green it means the vehicle has been sold to you. If the vehicle is showing as red, it means the vehicle is now in arbitration.
Our other TV screen will show you what run number each lane is on, so you don’t have to miss a vehicle when you’re bidding in a different lane.
